/ The honest version
What this is, and what it is not.
Read this before you apply. If the right-hand column is a deal-breaker, it is better to know now than at the offer stage.
The upside
What is good about it
- Real systems, in production, with users who notice when they break
- A hundred people, so your work is visible and so are you
- CMMI Level 5 means the process exists, is written down, and is not invented per project
- Clients in 15 countries, which means exposure to how different markets build
The trade-offs
What it is not
- Not remote first. This is an office role in Kolkata.
- Not a startup. There is process, and some of it will feel like process.
- Not a research lab. The AI work is applied, on live operations, not experimental.

5 open roles across development, managed services and AI Labs. Every one of them is an office role in Kolkata.
Your first three months
Take over a live ERP module for a Gulf logistics client, clear the reported defects, then lead the move of its reporting layer off the legacy stored procedures.
What we need
- Five or more years on C# and .NET in production, not just training projects
- SQL Server schema and query work you can talk through without notes
- Experience inheriting someone else's codebase and making it safe to change
- Enough English to run a call with a client's technical lead
What would help but is not required
- Azure or AWS deployment experience
- Anything you have modernized off a legacy stack
- Exposure to regulated or audited environments
You hear back either way, within a week.
Your first three months
Build the front end of an internal claims portal against an API that is being written alongside you, and own its component library once the first release ships.
What we need
- Three or more years on React with TypeScript
- You can build an accessible form that handles real validation and error states
- Comfortable with a design handover in Figma and with saying when something will not work
- Git habits that survive more than one person on a branch
What would help but is not required
- Next.js App Router
- Testing with Playwright or Vitest
- Some backend work, so API conversations are shorter
You hear back either way, within a week.
Your first three months
Pick up the CI pipelines for four client estates, cut the deploy steps that still need a human, and take a rotation on the escalation roster once you know the systems.
What we need
- Linux administration you have done rather than read about
- Docker in production, and a CI system you have configured from empty
- You have been on call before and can say what you changed so it happened less
- Scripting in Bash or Python
What would help but is not required
- Kubernetes
- Terraform or another infrastructure-as-code tool
- ISO 27001 or a similar audited environment
You hear back either way, within a week.
Your first three months
Work the UK-hours queue for two client estates, learn where each one actually breaks, and start writing the runbooks for the tickets that keep coming back.
What we need
- Two or more years on a service desk working to an SLA
- Clear written English, because most of this job is written
- Windows and Microsoft 365 administration
- Willing to work UK hours
What would help but is not required
- ITIL foundation
- A ticketing system you have configured rather than only used
- Networking fundamentals
You hear back either way, within a week.
Your first three months
Ship a conversation-scoring pipeline into a client's live support operation, then work on the evaluation harness that tells us when it has drifted.
What we need
- Python, and LLM applications you have put in front of real users
- You can explain why a model output was wrong, not just that it was
- Retrieval, evaluation and prompt iteration as engineering, not as a demo
- Comfortable working against someone else's production data with the care that needs
What would help but is not required
- Speech-to-text pipelines
- Vector databases at more than toy scale
- Having run an on-premise or private deployment
You hear back either way, within a week.
