Do you only supply Asus, HP and Acer?

We are an authorised partner of Asus, HP and Acer, so most of what we supply comes from them. If your specification calls for something else, tell us and we will say whether we can supply it.

Can you match a tender specification exactly?

Yes. We quote against the specification as written. Share it early and we will also point out anything that is out of date or costs more than it should.

What warranty do we get?

The manufacturer's warranty, on the manufacturer's terms. We raise and follow the claims for you, so you deal with one supplier rather than several.

Do you install outside Kolkata?

Tell us where the equipment is going. Installation and on-site support for your location are confirmed in the quotation.

Can you load our software and policies before delivery?

Yes. Machines are imaged with your operating system, software, policies and security settings before dispatch, so they are ready to use the day they are installed.

Is maintenance included, or extra?

Annual maintenance contracts are separate and charged, and priced in the quotation if you want one. Repairs under warranty are covered by the manufacturer for the warranty period.
